V.I.Plus includes integration with varied systems and technologies to enabling them to directly register contacts, send newsletters or transactional emails.

The API key parameter should be replaced with ypur personal Api Key which can be generated in ypur V.I.Plus account under Settings > Api Keys

Simply copy and paste it.
