The V.I.Plus Mailing System enables you to import contacts from other sources (such as Excel files, Outlook, and other mail services).

The system can easily and efficiently import mailing lists that include tens of thousands of contacts, to cross-reference information and filter out duplicates, and to re-edit and complete missing information about existing contacts from added updates.
 
With the same ease, you can also export existing information from the system into Excel charts, for a variety of uses.
